Private experience types

We have some charters that operate as private charters where a group can book and pay on a tariff schedule based on number of people but once they have booked that charter is blocked out its not shared with other clients just the group that booked- even if there is only 1 person. The charters also have no defined start or end, the customer decides between half day, full day and what start time they want.

Any options to configure experience to meet those needs?
