villas rental was created by meraldo
For villas rental you suggested create a "placeholder" asset (an asset that is only used to hold villas), then create room types for it, now each room type is served as a single villas, but this is not entirely functional because:
a) being each villa in differente location or even countries, we are unable to geolocalize each room type (map)
b) pricing are per week and not per room/nigh, i.e:: a villa sells for $1200 per week and itis not possible to publish this in Solidres, not even with Complex Tarif
c) The description fields of the room type as well as that of the Facilities (custom fields - which, by the way, don't have an editor) does not allow for creativity at all and it is very poor (because it is designed to describe single rooms)
d) EXTRAS relate to the asset and not to the ROOM TYPES.... in case of villas EXTRAS should be allocated to room types as well... Is this possible?

and also, in the Solidres menu making options there is only 1 option linking to assets and not to rooms (villas)..
if so, how can I crate a menu for listing room items (in my case villas)?
And more: the READ MORE links, even those in the installed samples (Quickstart) don't work because they return the 500 error page.
How can that be corrected?

Yes, this needs customization to do that.
Could you elaborate more? Also, which is your Solidres version that you are using?
Could you provide more details about your design ideas with it? Thanks to the power of Joomla template override feature, you can always modify it the way you want.
It is not quite correct, when creating an extras you must specify an asset for it, then you need to assign it to a room type (editing room types and you will see a list of available Extras to choose from).
You can use these anchor links to point directly at specific room type like what we are doing with our mod_sr_roomtypes

Look like you are using an old version of Quickstart, what is your template name/version and Solidres version? If you are using BlueBee or Luxuria, make sure that you use the latest versions, if you use 7Start, please create a new support ticket so that we can check it for you because 7Start is not yet updated to support latest Solidres version.
