Can Solidres do the following?

We have a list over over 100 mainly Guesthouses and Bed and Breakfasts which offers discounted availability (Week Breaks, Weekend Breaks, and Mid Week Breaks)

A new Excell list of availabilities gets released every month, and we have to BULK Upload this list of availabilities using CSV.

Our requiremens are this.
1. Bulk import of Accommodation Availabilities.
2. Mainly Guest Houses and Bed and breakfasts (Single Room Properties)
3. Even if the Guest House has 10 rooms, only one might be available at a discounted rate.
4. Booking are for minimum days of
a. Weekend Break = 3 Days
b. Midweek Break = 4 Days
c. Week Break = 7 Days
5. Although guest has to book accommodation for the
a. minimum of 7 days
b. minimum number of guest = 4
c. The price has to be PPPN (Per Person Per Night) to show the cheapest available rate.

An example can be seen hereWe are using Jomres for this, but the problem is that it is too time consuming to upload an availability to Jomres
There is no CSV Bulk upload available for Jomres.
We are running this Accommodation engine across 8 other websites.
We are not using IFrames for this, but has found a way to share the Jomres Tables across the various websites.

I was instructed to DUMP Jomres and find an alternative, but professional system.

The company that supplies us with the list of availabilities are using a very primitive Wordpress System.
They are sticking with this system mainly because of the instant Bulk upload functionality

i know its a 1 year old but i am looking for the same functionality.. would appreciate if anyone from solidres can answer this.
