Whay i dont Recive an Email Notify with New Reservaation so i can log in to my admin site and see it?

Hi,

Have a nice week to you,

About your issue, could you please make sure that your Joomla's email configuration is correct. You can make a test by using Joomla User Manager to create a new test user to see if that user can receive email from Joomla.

If this issue persists, please create a support ticket then provide us your website address and an admin account so that we can check it for you.

My email configuration it's ok, i make a test and edit reservation.php at this line

//$mail2->addRecipient($hotelEmail);
$mail2->addRecipient('This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.');

And it's work fine but if want to send the email to the real hotel email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) it's not working.

Hi,

Could you make sure that you've entered your email address into your asset in backend? It is needed for Solidres to query your email automatically for sending.

Hi,

Look like you are not able to send email to *@vamosmazatlan.com, some servers have a strict policy to prevent emails sending to the same domain. Could you try to set up email configuration to send through an SMTP server instead?
