I have a question about the e-mail notification.
How- do I activate, set-up the e-mail notification ? (I don't know how it works)
I made a test reservation but my test customer and the hotel manager didn't recieve any confirmation e-mail.

Can you help me understand how it works?

I could not find the answer on this forum. Nobody reply's.

And apparently the Solidres-team doesn't take the time to answer.


I have found the problem. You have to use a email with the name of the webdomain in it.

So for example ... info@......com

Now the problem is that customer is not getting a booking confirmation.
Can anybody help with this one ?

Hi,

Since you are a subscriber, you can always request for support by raising a new private support ticket under menu Support - Tickets.

About your issue, please raise a new support ticket and include your website address + super admin account, we will check it for you.
