Does channel management also update bookings in Solidres? was created by leokan23
I have connected my solidres via the channel management to several of our channels. I was wondering if new bookings from channels, are also added to solidres automaticaly.

Hi,
Sure it does.
Beside new booking, Solidres can also handle booking modification and booking cancel from OTA sites via channel manager feature.
You should create a new support ticket and provide your website address + MyAllocator property ID to complete the integration.
