Paypal payment plugin not showwing up in Download list.

I bought the Solidres Single (Joomla!) package and then "bought" the paypal and offline plugins from the payment gateways page (not actually buying them as a discount of the value of it was applied automatically as it's included in the single package). The confirmation message appeared stating that the files will now show up in all downloads but only the offline payment plugin is showing.

same here ... i cant see any payment plugins ???
and have an fatal (paypal?) error in my sites frontend (ticket written)!
