complex tarif no decimal

i i have just download a plugin complex tarif for wordpress. I do not know but when I insert a valu with decimals, in complex tarif, it records the value in the mysql out of the decimal. Can hel me?

How many decimals you entered? Solidres supports 02 decimals.

i ned 02 decimals, but when I write in the plugin screen 28,56 but is saved 28,00. Why?

p.s. solidres support 2 decimals, but can change this in the database.
