Complex Tariff and some holidays

Hello! Thanks for the great extensions but i have a problem. I will analyze you my problem and please guide me as much you can.

I have a room and its standard tariff is 60€ for one stay on every normal day.
On holidays (christmas etc) i want to set minimum stay for 3 nights for a different price.

What is the proper way to set it up?
Should I set a standar tariff at the first tab of the room and then a complex tariff for 24-26 Devember for 3 days and different price?

and if i want before 24 Dec a special price if someone gets a 3 day stay, how can i do it?
