Manual Reservation via Solidres Backend ?!

Dear Forum, Dear Developer Team,

sorry if the question is stupid - but we're still sr-newbies ...

Today we wanted to make an manual reservation because a guest booked via telephone/email

A (for me) logical way to do it was to look at:
Solidres (Backend) >> Reservations > List Reservation >> [+ NEW]

Here I can see options which would make sense for a manual entry ... but the "load available Rooms" simply dont work!,
neither in the online "Adora Package Website" or in my "Test Website" built manually ... screenshot attaqched

How do you guys doing manual bookings? Only from the Frontend??

I have the same issue. As soon I click on load available rooms it run for ever without any result.
The front works fine. when I unpublish all rooms I get at least the disabled button next.
Any advise?

I just figured it out that the problem only exists with version 2.1.0. Version 1.9.6 and 2.0.0 are working correctly.
I am planning to upgrade later to paid version when everything is setup and working.
