Hi again,
One more strange affair occured with our site. When you request dates of one tariff period from the front end, you receive correct name of meal plans (tariff names - see pic). Once your request lasts through adjoining tariffs, tariff name change to a message with the stay duration (see pic.) Can we correct this?

Hi,

We are sorry, there is a typo error, it should read "support request".

Support request can be submitted via menu Support - Tickets.

I can't find Support - Tickets submenu. :S Can we resolve the issue otherwise? Or drive me to the point. :)

The Tickets menu is available for subscribers only, we checked but did not see your username in our subscriber list, what username did you use to subscribe?
