Hi,
I would like to buy Bundle package (99$) because i need PayPal payment. But i have very important questions:
1) My clients must have an account with PayPal when they want pay for booking in my hotel?
2) When my clients will be pay by PayPal this operation will be carried out in my website or in redirect webiste?

Hi,
1) No, Paypal allows you to pay without a Paypal account:
www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/mer/WAX_landing-outside
You can contact Paypal directly if you need more information.
2) You will be redirected to Paypal.com to complete payment.

I had downloaded/installed the free version. I realized I need the PayPal feature so I purchased the subscription. I went to Download section, but the package looks the same as the Free version. How do I access the PayPal payment feature?

Hi,
Thank you for becoming a Solidres subscriber.
In that case, please log out and log in again, then go to Download - Show all downloads, you should see new files related to your subscription level now.

Please try to log out and log in again, then go to this page:
www.solidres.com/download/all
You should be able to see new files related to your BUNDLE subscription now.
If it does not work for you, please email your account username + password to our email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., we will check it for you.
