How many domains can I install Solidres on?
Unlimited. You can install and use Solidres on as many domains as you wish. Support covers the number of domains that comes with your subscription level.
How are the Joomla templates made by Solidres different from other templates?
Our templates are made for the hospitality and tourism industry, so they need little change to run your business, while most other templates target generic use and take hours to configure and tweak. Our templates also have exclusive modules that only our subscribers get.
Our templates are also updated regularly for the latest Solidres version, which other providers don't do. When you need support, having one provider makes it easy to get things resolved.
Do you encode Solidres's source code?
No. Solidres's code is 100% open source: you have access to all of it.
Can I keep using Solidres after my subscription expires?
Yes. You just no longer get support and updates (bug fixes and new features).
As a paid subscriber, how many questions or tickets can I create?
Unlimited. We love to help, so we don't limit the number of your questions or support tickets.
I don't have a PayPal account. How can I pay?
PayPal lets you pay with your credit card without a PayPal account. On the PayPal checkout page, click "Don't have a PayPal account" and fill in your card details. PayPal offers to create an account for you, but you don't have to.
What if a feature I need is not available?
You can ask for our custom development service or request a new feature in our forum.
Does the subscription include installation or configuration?
No, but you can order our installation and configuration service.
Do I need any third-party tools to install a quickstart package?
No. A quickstart package installs exactly like Joomla itself, with no custom steps and no third-party tools. If you can install Joomla, you can install our quickstart package. See our video tutorials for more details.
How is the Solidres Channel Manager priced?
The Solidres Channel Manager connects your properties to Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda, Vrbo and other channels, managed entirely from your Joomla administrator. The channel connection is a subscription of its own, priced by the number of rooms, from $19 a month, with a 30-day money-back guarantee. It needs any paid Solidres subscription (SINGLE, BUNDLE, HUB or DEVELOPER) beside it, for the Rate Plan, Limit Booking, Front Desk and Dashboard plugins it works with. What about MyAllocator and Beds24?
MyAllocator support ended on 1 October 2026, and Solidres no longer connects to it. Beds24 connections are supported until 15 November 2026: a Solidres or Channel Manager update released after that date no longer supports Beds24. To keep your channels in sync, move to the Solidres Channel Manager before then.
