You are right.
That is why in the point 3B I suggested to add that permission type (Payments) into ACL plugin.
That could be better developed by Solidres Team, thinking that also a usergroup permission could be better managed per specific payment (I mean, to be able to set usergroup/s for each payment type)

I'll wait for Solidress to do the Job.
You've managed to understand how the ACL plugin works.
I've installed it, but there's nothing new in the administration and I couldn't find any documentation.
