[3.0.0] New Media settings and Experience

Hi guys,
the new Solidres Media Manager for Joomla 4 will be out, so, would be good to add these "fixings":

1 -Right now:
- Experience > Publishing > Gallery thumb sizes
- Experience > Publishing > Filename as caption
They can be set for each Experience.
They should be moved as global scope setting moving them into the "Options > Media' tab
Do you agree ?

2 - The Experiences 'Gallery thumb sizes" default px setting should be the same as for the Properties default one, Are they ?

3 - Question:
Running the “System > Image thumbnails” - Are the Experience Images included ? Moving the Thumbnails to a global scope setting, at least them, they should be included, Do you agree ?
