Solidres 3.4.0 Stable with Stripe Connect support is now available for download. Below is the detailed changelog:

We’re excited to announce the latest addition to Solidres – seamless integration with Stripe Connect!

This new feature makes payment management simpler and more flexible than ever, especially for multi-property booking portals built with Solidres.

With Stripe Connect, each property owner on your platform can receive payments directly into their own Stripe account. That means no more manual fund transfers, complicated revenue splits, or bookkeeping headaches. Solidres now automates the entire flow — from customer payment to fund distribution — while keeping full transparency for both the portal owner and individual property managers.

Since Solidres 3.3.0 BETA, you can now test the new Dynamic deposit feature. It can be activated from your property > Publishing > Enable dynamic deposit, from there you can define multiple deposit amounts based on the interval between the reservation created date and the arrival.

Since Stripe payment plugin v0.8.0 (requires Solidres for Joomla v2.12.0+), we added support for Stripe Customer API to save card info during payment. This new feature is very useful for both customers and property owners, it helps speed up the booking process, make it more convenient, especially for regular customers.

We’ve just released the new Stripe payment plugin 0.7.0 that added support for Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). All Stripe subscribers are recommended to update.

After installed the v0.7.0, please edit your property > Payments > Stripe, then set Integration Type as “Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)” to activate it.
