When I amend a reservation and change the dates, does it give the customer a refund? Is there a special process I need to go through to give the refund? How do i mend a reservation and issue a refund?

Hi,
At this moment only PayPal Pro and Stripe have the UI for issuing refund.
For authorize.net, you'd need to refund using the Authorize.net control panel.
