Solidres Complex Tariff plug in for WordPress

This is a message from GoDaddy who maintains our website. The issue was when trying to make a booking on the website, the feature selecting the dates was not functional, however, after they deactivated the plugin, a potential customer cannot pay/make a deposit on the website and a confirmation email is not sent. How can this be resolved?

-The issue was caused by the Solidres Complex Tariff plugin, which is an addon plugin of Solidres, a plugin used for this apartment reservation functionality.
Deactivating this Solidres Complex Tariff plugin resolves the issue so the dates are working properly: prnt.sc/h5-75k86W6XD
