Hello,
In Extras, in charge type field I am trying to chose ''per room per person per stay'' and I can not.
The only fields I can chose are ''per room'' or ''per booking''.
Any solution?

The Core version includes 02 charge types, to enable more charge types you'd need Advanced Extra plugin:

In case I have install the free version and I pay for Single plan,
can I upgrade or should I make a new fresh installation?

Hi,
The Advanced Extra is a plugin which you can just install to enable more functionality, there is no need to make new installation.
