incorrect display of selection buttom

Hello
Unfortunately, the selection button is not displayed correctly for me.
Basically, these are only shown in white (image 1) Only after I click on them with the mouse does the text appear (image 2). In the picture the field is completely white. Maybe someone has a solution. Thank you in advance

Please switch your Joomla to use the default Joomla template to confirm whether it is your template issue or not, if yes, you'd need to adjust your template CSS for better appearance.
