I just found an issue re: partner dashboard menu item - problem with drop downs, maybe specific to Helix Ultimate template? Click on them and nothing happens, wheres other links and dropdowns in the main menu work correctly...

I thought this may be quite important if you're basing the Solidres templates on this framework.

Partner dashboard/Extras - It seems to require a decimal in the price field, otherwise it shows an error. Thai baht doesn't really do decimals...


and....
Please check to confirm if you fill the form, but miss a required field, it wipes all the data already entered so you have to start again.

What was the solution for this part ?

I have the same issue with the "Main Activity" dropdown. It is showing the language file type: SR_RESERVATION_ASSET

Doesn't seem like a fix the community forum can or should address but per your site: "We do not provide official support for free users, however, free users can use our community forum to discuss with other users."

How I can open a ticket?

You have to have a subscription to open a ticket. If the website is a major part of your business, I'd recommend getting a subscription. Viet is very competent and helpful.
