Experiences: Division by zero

I have installed SolidRes and experiences and created an experience but when I try to access that experience through the front end I get the following error:

Division by zero

I get the same error in the admin area when I access Report & Statistics.

Please make sure that your currency is setup correctly:

1. In backend > Currencies, please make sure that you are having at least 01 published currency with a valid exchange rate.

2. In Solidres Config > Currenc, make sure that the default currency is set correct.

I switched to an unsupported version of PHP and your component worked so have requested a refund.

I also checked in JED and the component needs a LOT of work to be useful.

Solidres and Solidres extensions fully support latest PHP version (tested up to PHP 8.2 at this moment), so we don't think it is the root cause of your reported issues.

According to our Support Policy, you need to provide the following information (by raise a private support ticket) so we can check and confirm those issues by ourselves:

1. Your website URL + Joomla super user account

2. FTP account

3. phpMyAdmin account

Good luck with that. I've raised a dispute with PayPal and will deal with this there thank you.

Your product should work on first install and I shouldn't need to raise a support ticket and post into the forums to get a response to an issue that no other developer has.
