[Resolved] Setting options for guest information on checkout page excursions

On the check out page there are options for each guest that need filled out
First Name. Last Name. DOB. Nationality. Diet

I want to change the last two options Nationality and Diet to “Email” and “Cell”

Where can I find these options please
