Using pay after what are payment options when I confirm ?

I set all of my assets to pay later because I want to confirm the booking manually myself and then contact the buyer and tell them its confirmed.
At that point I want to send them a link to pay with Paypal or credit card.

This would be the ideal path to purchase I want :
Buyer fill out form for the room type in frontend browser .
We both get email notifications
After I get my notification that buyer is interested I email them back with link or any other method to make payment through solidres and choose their payment option of Credit card or Paypal
Once payment is confirmed we both get email notifications
They are registered
I contact them via email and give them personal instructions

Hi,

We have a similar work flow if you activate option "Booking requires approval" in your asset, tab Publishing.

Could you give it a try?

I found the option thank you.

It reads in the mouseover
"Choose Yes if your booking requires approval, when your guests finish their reservation in front end, they won't receive confirmation email until owner approve their reservation manually." data-original-title="Booking require approval"

1. What does the guest receive first, in terms of notification and how do I edit that?
2. How do I approve their reservation manually?
3. After I approve it manually how is the guest sent or what links are sent to allow the guest to pay online on my site for this property?
Understanding that I have set this assetand therefor all room types under it to be "pay later".

4. What changes in my ideal path below ?
This would be the ideal path to purchase I want :

Hi,

1. For booking requires approval, guests only receive on-screen notification. Emails only sent when owner approves the reservations.

2. You can approve reservations in back end reservation list, edit a reservation and you will see "Approve" button.

3. You can send the payment links via email or using the reservation notes feature.

You'd need to modify the code if you want to customize the work flow like your requirements.

I tested this and the problem is the email states
Thank you for your reservation at Toronto locations. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.
We are pleased to confirm your reservation as follows:
This leads the guest to believe they have paid and so this wording would have to be changed?
It does show in the General Info area of the confirmation email a "Due Amount" but thats not sufficient.

I want to have them still be using the Solidres room type form for this property and processing the payment through Solidres.
What link do I provide them with understanding that I have set this asset and therefore all room types under it to be "pay later"?
Because if i do give that link it will still say "pay later".
So what link do I provide them with and where do I find it?

You'd need to modify the code if you want to customize the work flow like your requirements.
Can you give me an example of which step would require code and what code I would need?

1. You can change that message easily by editing the language files.

3. The payment links depend on your payment gateways, what specific payment gateways are you using?

We can only provide general instructions, not specific code modification.
