The media manager does not work , I need to solve this urgent problem seeing this message "You browser doesn't have Flash installed" try changing the file via FTP but do not take

How has this problem been solved? I can not add new photos.

EDIT: I solved: in my case, adding photos blocked CLOUDFLARE.
