Hi,
Nice week to you.
Did you submit a support ticket so that we can check it for you? The support ticket system can be accessed via top menu Support - Tickets.
All additional plugins can be install just like every WordPress plugin: WordPress Dashboard - Plugins - Add new - Upload plugin - Then choose the plugin you want to install. And then activate it.
Also, we do not see any attached screenshot, could you attach it again?

I did ticket number: CKkcByJ4n6z I need access to the plug-in file to install it in WordPress. The free Solidres plug-in is installed but not the others how do I activate them after purchasing??

Hi,
We've just re-checked and you subscribed to the Joomla SINGLE subscription, not WordPress.
Since you've not downloaded any Joomla SINGLE subscription's files, we've switched your subscription to WordPress SINGLE, please log out and log in again, then go to menu Downloads - Show all downloads, you should be able to see extra WordPress plugins there, then you can download, install and activate them.
