Hi,
Their template page does not provide any information about Bootstrap therefore I am not sure about it. Could you ask the template developer?

I asked for info at developer and now look response. However, the component works only on templates developed using the bootstrap framework?

Yes, Solidres's layout is based on Bootstrap 2.x. In the template market you can find many templates, most of them support Bootstrap 2.x and 3.x while some others do not support Bootstrap because they use other frameworks or use their own ones.
Please note that Solidres is not yet compatible with Bootstrap 3.x.
So in short, if you are looking for a template to run with Solidres, make sure that:
1. It is built for Joomla 3.
2. It supports Bootstrap 2.
That's all.
