Hi,
Are they from the same providers? I could not find where to download this "plg_imageresizer".
Not quite a fork, as a Joomla native extension, we use some Joomla API to upload file but the UI/UX is entire different.
We will consider it, improving our Media Manager is always in our development roadmap.

Here list the providers.
smartresizer = www.iprice-web.ru/en/products/smartresizer
imageresizer=http://www.medialup.com/index.php/products/joomla-extensions/free-extensions .... it is classified as joomal 2.5 but works fine with 3.3
phpimageeditor = www.phpimageeditor.se/
and last component remoteimage = asikart.com .... this I can not read but I have download this from joomla extensions directory. ;-)

Hi, can you tell me what the optimal image size for the site is?
I've read all about the thumbnail sizes etc, but what should the full size ones be, I also wondered why the documentation suggests .png rather than .jpg files?
