Reservations per months

Hi,
I have two vacation appartments I'd like to rent out. But they can be rented only per month, so I wonder how to do the setup with monthly reservations? It doesn't need to be always on the first of the month, but you can only rent for one or more month.

Any ideas?

Hi,

You can create rate plan with the following conditions:

1. Type = Rate per room per stay

2. Min nights = 30

3. Interval = 30

Then in the field prices, you can enter the price for each day = price per month / 30.

you must be kidding me..... First of all: not every month has 30 days.... and second: I'd have to fill in a price for every single day?
There must be a different way...

And: there is a bug in complex tariff: the maximum night stays always on 7... I don't succeed to put in 300 or no days.

did you figure it out? I did as I have 3 seasons and various tariffs over the seasons. I went out 3 years using the quick tool, took a bit of time to figure it out and make it work properly. I was user error LOL. If you need help I'll post how I did it here for you?

sorry, I've been absent for a while and now back at my problem with these reservations per month.

I've realised, that it isn't that bad with filling in the special tariffs.

I've tried everything, with the options to provide two rooms, each can be booked only monthly, but I don't succeed. Is there any tutorial for this? Can someone help me? I bought the component and can't work with it...
