We are glad to announce the Early Access Program (EAP) for Solidres Core 0.6.0 and the initial release of Hub plugin. We’ve worked very hard recent months to improve the overall code base to make it run faster, lighter and more solid, in addition one of the most requested feature is the ability to serve as a booking portal (multi assets) has been implemented and named Hub. If you are a current subscriber, you can download and try the new Solidres Core with Hub plugin from your dedicated forum section, if you are not a subscriber, sign up now and help us to build your desired system. We’d love to receive your feedback in order to improve and finalize it.

We are welcoming a great 2014 by releasing a next round of updates for both Solidres Core 0.6.0 and the Hub plugin. Change log from the previous EAP can be found right below:

• Add an option to show room’s price with/without tax.
• Improve user experience in mobile/small screen devices
• Add an option to specify number of months to be shown in date picker
• Clean up unused Solidres options (most of them are for the media manager which is now use options from component Media of Joomla)
• Fix a rare routing issues in some server’s configuration.
• Fix issue with incorrect customer group handling.
• Add ability to create a new menu item to show all reservation assets from a specific location or category (or from multiple categories).
• Add a confirmation dialog for Install Sample Data screen.
• And other minors improvements for UI and languages.

After 4 months of hard working, we are glad to announce that Solidres 0.6.0 is now available for download, this is a latest stable version of Solidres which contains many news features, bug fixes and improvements. A large section of Solidres code base has been re-factored to make it cleaner, simpler and faster. A full change log of Solidres 0.6.0 can be found below:

Solidres 0.6.1 is now available for download, this is a maintenance version with several bug fixes and a minor new feature.

This is a maintenance version, all Solidres’s users are recommended to update.

New features

• Add default field for payment methods: now you can configure which payment method is pre-selected in the front end.

Improvements

• Imrove the update procedure: now it is no longer required to re-install Invoice plugin after each update. In addition, email templates are also backup. More information will be provided in the screen after you installed 0.6.2.
• Auto publish user plugin so that you do not have to publish it manually.

Solidres 0.7.0 Beta 2 has been released for all subcribers. Please use it for testing purpose only and do not install it in your live site.

• Add option for guest to create new account during reservation process.

Solidres 0.7.0 Beta 3 has been released for all subscribers. Please use it for testing purpose only and don’t install it in your live site.

This release focuses on fixing bugs since Beta 2, adding some small new features as requested by our subscribers during beta testing and improving the stability of 0.7.0. This release is also our last beta release for 0.7.0. Our goal is to release a stable version as soon as possible within this June.

As you all know that we are working very hard on the upcoming 0.7.0 release, this release contains an exciting new feature called “Multiple Tariffs” which means that with 0.7.0 and the new Complex Tariff plugin it is possible to allow your guests to choose between several tariffs/rates/packages (or whatever terms your business is using). In addition, Complex Tariff plugin is upgraded to give you an ability to create “package” type as well as specify allowed check in days (Mon -> Sun), with the new 0.7.0 and Complex Tariff plugin, you will be able to create the following (examples):

We’d like to announce the availability of Solidres 0.8.0 Beta and other updates for modules / plugins, this Beta release is available for subscribers only.

Please note that this release is for testing purpose, it must be installed in a Joomla site where no previous Solidres versions are installed. The sample data in this release is also temporarily disabled, it will be re-enabled when 0.8.0 stable is released.

After the initial beta release of v0.8.0, we’d like to announce the second beta which fixes known bugs and add some new features (which were not yet ready for the first Beta release):

Solidres 0.8.0 has reached its 85% development milestone with nearly 20 bug fixes (not included some fixes that we backported into 0.7.1 and 0.7.2) and 30 new features/enhancements. At this moment there are two pending new features which we are working to complete: Customer Control Panel and Discount. The new Discount feature will allow asset owner to specify flexible discount rules like:

• Discounting on the number of booked rooms,
• Discounting on the number of days booked in advance,
• Discounting on the room type’s availability.
• Discounting on the number of booked nights.

Solidres 0.8.0 is under heavy development, we’ve added many improvements, bug fixes and new features into it, today we’d like to show 2 screenshots of 2 new features among of them.

The first one is a new feature which allow you to specify your rooms number and room occupancy right from the beginning of your search.

The second one is a new feature for Complex Tariff plugin: a filter which filter your tariffs on the fly without any page refreshing, the filtering speed is almost instant!

Solidres 0.8.0 has even more features than that, please stay tuned!

After 02 beta releases, we are glad to announce that Solidres 0.8.0 Stable is now ready for public download. Adora – a brand new responsive Joomla template, Advanced Extra plugin, Discount plugin, Offline payment plugin, Load Module plugin are the new names join in the Solidres’s family. All users are encouraged to upgrade to enjoy new features, enhancements, more security and stability.

We are happy to announce the release of Solidres v0.9.3, this is a maintenance release with several new features. We also release 2 brand new plugins: Currency (for setting automatic currency rate update) & TripConnect (for those who want to join our Beta program for TripAdvisor Instant Booking), the 2 new plugins are available for all active subscribers. Last but not least, we also introduce 03 major new features for Hub plugin: Subscription (allow you to charge your partners for listing asset in your site), Commission (set up commission rates and calculate the commission so that you can charge your partners later) and Asset Approval (admin will review submitted assets and allow them to be published or not), these new features offer Solidres users a variety of ways to generate income.
