RMS - Categories?

I miss the categories in the RMs and the possibility to filter for them in the search mask.

e. g. restaurants, Fast Food, bars, cafes, ice cream parlors, and so on. What do you think about this?

Hi guys,
not only, to create a new Property "Category" feature (where each Property can be assigned just to one Category) can be really useful, but, in the mean time would be really very good to add also Joomla Tags field for the Property ?!?

We can use Tags (one or more) to define more things about Property type and to use them as Search Filters etc.
Simple, quick and efficient...
