Formatted e-mails from Reservation Screen

Hi
It would be great to be able to send a formatted e-mail to the customer from the reservation screen using the 'Reservation Note' function.
The simple text that is now sent is not formatted and does not look professional, in my opinion.
Alternatively, can we have a feature where we can select a number of reservations and send a formatted e-mail to all.
An example is the need to contact all those arriving on site on a particular check-in date about any site specific information - and that there would be a record on the reservation screen that the message was sent.
I do hope that either of these features can be added to Solidres. I am sure it will enhance the quality of communication with clients/customers and thus make Solidres even better than it is already!
