Experience: guest info nationality option

Hi,
In Thailand we have to complete a form to send the govt for every group that goes out. Part of the info required is the nationality of each guest - in the guest info area, the only options are Native and Foreigner.

I need a drop down of countries (preferably one where I can select/deselect in the back end, so only a limited number of countries show).

Currently I have to email guests and ask them to send me their nationalities.

As there is already a similar dropdown for Customer information, would this be a fairly simple amendment?

We will consider adding a country dropdown field for the guest collection form for Experience.
