Holding Reservation for a certain time

Hi there,

Would it be possible to add a feature where the number of rooms available changes as soon as someone selects a room.

e.g. If there is one room available, then one, two or more people have the possibility to book this remaining room at the same time.
The number of rooms available is only changed when the room is confirmed in reservations.
Would it be possible to change the number of available rooms as soon as one person select the last available room.
e.g. Blocking the last room(s) for a maximum of 15 minutes and if they have not completed the reservation within that time frame then make the room available again.

You see this often see this sytem when ordering concert ticketes etc.
