Publishing Options in hub with more granular ACL's or Global Option was created by GYT2017
Hi.
The tab for publishing in the experience plugin could cause design and administration problems when posted from the hub frontend.
For example : it allows the vendor to add a menu to the global site, collect guest info an allow them to show a map every option per experience. Those should be global options determined by the administrator.
publishing status also should be reviewed by the administrator, as the media and the wysiwg html editor are open to the vendors for them to put anything they want.

Hi,
Nice week to you.
Vendor is not able to add menu from front end. That feature is only available for back-end users.
Those fields are designed for vendors, what specific problems you are having with it?
Do you want to add the approval feature like assets?
About the editor, it is up to your configuration, for example in Editor - TinyMCE, Joomla allows you to set different feature set for different user group. You can choose a simple feature set for your vendor group with basic editing functionality only.
