Balance Payments

For assets that take deposits, SolidRes should be able to send a reminder email to customers to pay balance, and then take the balance through the enabled payment options.

Here is how I think it should work :

1. An asset setting determines how many days before check-in the balance should be requested
There should be a repeat interval setting, to send follow up emails on the interval schedule until the balance is paid
2. A setting should also allow setting of which booking sources will generate an email (Some channel sites will send their own automated emails)
3. On the number of days before the booking check-in, an email should be sent to the customer to request payment of the balance, with a link to a page where they can pay the balance
4. The options for payment will be the ones enabled for the asset
5. The customer pays the balance and receives an update email
6. If the customer hasn't paid the balance by the time the repeat interval comes around, another request email is sent.
