Sorry for all these posts...
We require a minimum 24 hours notice for bookings, so that we have time to contact our guide, arrange a vehicle, etc... If I set the "Min days book in advance" field to 1 day, I think it allows bookings through to midnight of the day before (ie only 9 hours before the tour would begin). This is not enough time for us to arrange everything.
But if I set it to 2 days, it's too long - we may miss out on too many bookings.
Example:
Today is 19th August. 14:00 hours near as damnit...
Set to 1 day: I can still book a programme for tomorrow (20th) at 14:00 - how is the date decided - programme date - (minus) current date? Could it be a bit more specific - 1 day from programme start time (ie 09:00)?
Set to 2 days: I cannot book a programme until 22nd August, which is more than 2 days away.
My preferred option: Be able to select by number of hours (I would choose 22 hours for instance - ie 11:00 the day before a programme starts)
OR the solution I mentioned above: Exactly 1 day from programme start time (ie 09:00 on the day before the programme starts)
