Scan Passport or ID card software that works with Solidres en Joomla

Hello,

i'm new here, I've watched the youtube video about building a website with Joomla and Solidres.
It was very interesting, and I am looking to build something similar.

I was wondering if there is any software that I could use to scan passports or ID's (at check-in) and be able to put the data in the software of my website (customers), to use for different purposes (registration of tourists, statistics of visitors...)
