Channel Manager other Options was created by leokan23
I have been using solidres since the early days (started with version 1.x something!!) and I always loved how it helped me expand my business. Now I think that it is time to add more options, especially in the Channel Manager system.
Unfortunately MyAllocator removed some functionalities from Booking, and the only option they offer right now, is to do a full two ways connection. This means that you can't any more change rates in booking. This caused as a lot of troubles in the last 3 days.
I think that a wider variety of channel manager to choose from, might be a good option.
Some I have checked:
PMS BookingLite which was a 2018 Premier connectivity Partner
Hotelrunner (2019 premier connectivity partner)
Beds24 (2019 premier connectivity partner)
Guesty
Would that be possible?

Thank you for your continued support.
We contacted MyAllocator and they said there is no issue with changing rates in booking.com, so if you are having any issues regarding this please contact MyAllocator support.
Add support for other channel manager is possible, we will consider new implementation if there are enough demands for it.

Thank you for your reply. So I am adding some images to make the thing clearer.
MyAllocator used to allow 1 way connection to Booking. So you had the option to select if you want to sync Reservations only or Reservations, Rates & Availability. I had this up to a week ago. I had to disconnect and reconnect due to an error, and this option is removed. You can now only connect to have all three synced. (attachment 1).
Before that, we had this option:
This allowed to get all reservations from booking to solidres, but handle all rates in booking.
Unfortunately after endless emails with myallocator support, they say that this is removed.

Hi,
Thank you for your info.
If you want to sync reservations (availability) only, then you can set it right from Solidres property > Channel Manager > MyAllocator > Sync Options = Availability. Then only availability is synced, not rates.

I thought about it, but doesn't this affect the two ways sync of booking? When I connect to booking, i am not able to change the rates any more.
Myallocator is actually trying to solve this with booking for me right now.
