Using the experiences 'tour base price box' in a custom module

I'm certain this is possible, just not too sure how to go about it. Has anyone tried this before?

What I want to do is have a module to use as a fee calculator, oh, but then it's tied to the experience page...

Hmm, just thinking out loud... Actually I could make one myself using Fabrik - I've done something similar for our volunteer fees section.

Once I get my basic website setup, I'll give it a go...
