Check your joomla defaut smtp settings. Go to administrator -> Global configuration -> Page server and there you find mail configuration. I found out that if that is correctly, solidres mails will sent.

So, solidres don't use PHP mail?
another thing, I need to put the admin email in the property? or just in the control panel of joomla?

That depends on your server configuration, some servers allow sending email via PHP mail, some servers don't. Solidres has nothing to do with this. You need to configure your Joomla email to match your server configuration.
So far, SMTP is the most reliable way to send emails.
Solidres will send email to hotel's owner, hotel's partner and guest. In your case, admin should be hotel's owner or partner in order to receive emails.

the email that reservation email sent whit that, is the hotel email and not site email, where i can change it that reservations email sent from site email???
