Complex rates

I would like to have presale information.
Complex rates plugin support different rates plan for the same room type (es advance booking, not refoundable rates, last minutes, different cancellation policy terms ?)

Es single room with "standard rate" and free cancellation policy terms (within the cancellation policy terms for es 24 hrs from check in
and the same room for the same avail serach dates with a not refundable rates (the whole ammount will be charged at the reseravtion moment)

or

if you book a room 30 days before check in you will have the standard rate and also a discounted non refundable rates

Yes it is possible to set up different rate plans like that with Complex Tariff plugin.
