Your browser doesn't have Flash installed - frontend

Hi,
on frontend, when I try to upload the images, I have this message "Your browser doesn't have Flash installed" and It is not showed the uploader.
I test with Protostar template also; always the same error.
I tried to install the plug-in jquery-easy; always the same error.
I tried it with IE, Crome, Firefox; always the same error.
I test my browsers and I have the Flash.
I get a screenshot with debugger enabled and I've attached it here.
Could you help me, please?

As can be seen in your screenshot, please try to disable bootstrap tooltip extended and try again.

thanks to your tip I've tried to disable the file "bootstrap-tooltip-extended.min.js" just to renamed it. It works.
But I don't think it is a good solution to keep. what do you think?
But now I see another issue:
When I came back from media manager popup by clicking on "X" button, I have all the browser page blocked. I mean that on my site I'm not be able to click on the buttons. There are no buttons working and there is no error on debugger
I have to refresh the page and then it works again.
I've just tried to enable again the file "bootstrap-tooltip-extended.min.js" , but there is always the issue. So it is a second issue that I've not seen before.
What can I do, please?

This issue is caused by that file and you should contact the developer to get it fixed, otherwise it must be disabled.

About your second issue, please raise a new support and provide us your website info, we will check it for you.

I had a hub subscription; now I have a single Subscription. You said that I can't open a ticket about hub system.
But my issue was there when I had the hub Subscription. Solidres took a lot of time to put it in place. So I had not time to check the hub system from frontend.
By the way, could you help me by the forum and give me some tips to fix my second issue?

Please understand that it is hard to support you if you don't want to upgrade your installed version.

When you encounter any issues, the first thing you should do is to make sure that all installed plugins/modules/templates are upgraded, then if your issues still persists, please raise a new support ticket.
