How Long Before that is implemented

The plan is to introduce it in Sep 2014 as you can see it here: www.solidres.com/roadmap

Update: you are now able to use Authorize.net plugin to authorize guest's credit card or use Offline credit card payment plugin (will be released with Solidres 0.8 ) to capture credit card info for offline processing.
