Mollie Payment Provider Integration

I would love to see that payment provider Mollie is integrated into SolidRes.
Mollie already prepared a PHP module based on their own API which makes it easy for developers like you to integrate their payment solution.

Mollie is a large payment provider with transparant (low!) pricing and currently processes payments from over 22,000 merchants.

Mollie currently accepts the following Payment Methods:
- Credit cards = Europe €0.25 + 1.8% / Out of Europe €0.25 + 2.8%
- SOFORT Banking = Europe €0.25 + 0.9%
- iDEAL = Netherlands €0.29
- Bancontact/Mister Cash = Belgium €0.25 + 1.5%
- Bank transfer = Europe €0.25
- SEPA Direct Debit = Europe €0.45
- Belfius Direct Net = Belgium €0.25 + 0.9%
- PayPal = Worldwide €0.10 + PayPal
- Bitcoin = Worldwide €0.25
- PODIUM Cadeaukaart = Worldwide €0.65
- paysafecard = Worldwide 15%
