Coordinate the availability of two rooms

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to make a room available only if another one is available?

For example

Two of the rooms of an apartment are rented independently only if this apartment is not already rented in full.

Rooms are rentable by the night and the apartment is bookable only per week.
