No room selection / quantity

Given, there is a hotel, that has individial rooms only: How can I de-activate the "room selection"? ("quantity": 1 room, 2 rooms, 3 rooms).
There are hotels where each room is different and unique.

You can set the option Is Exclusive in your room type > Publishing tab.
