After upgrade, no complex tarif!

Hi,
I made a upgrade from 0.6.2 to 0.7.0 (stable) and now I loos all my complex tarif.
I installed the plugin 0.3.0 (complex tarif) but nothing changed.
Where are all my complex tarif and how can I create new tarifs?

I installed now user plugin 0.8.0 and after this installation I have errors in
two section.
1. List assets
2. List room types
I get a error messages and I can't open this section!
What is the next step?

Hi,

I try again with a new backup copy (0.6.2) of my local site.
I upgrade with 0.7.0 and the results are not the same like the first installation.
Now, I have the access to the list room types and list assets but the complex tariff list are empty and
it is not possible to write in a new one.
The funny thing is, on the front end you can see the complex tariff!
I think I have no permission on the complex tariff, what you think?
