Problems after upgrade

Hi! After upgrade my solidres system on 0.9.1, i have got some problems with system and no idea how to fix:
1. My reservation dashboard is not working. When I make some reservation, it doesnt appear on dashboard. drive.google.com/file/d/0B58WWMd_VzWlYjR...eU0/view?usp=sharing
2. When I click on some reservation on main dashboard, It come on this Error page

3. My "system page" is without css styling

4. When I make new reservation in backend, It has status "canceled"

Can anybody help me with this issues?

My premium account has passed out so I am not able to create ticket.

Hi,
There are two steps you should try to fix them:
1. Install Solidres v0.9.4 (the latest)
2. Install all latest version of commercial plugins for maximum compatibility.
