Hi, if I try to "Solidres" in the page the Plugin doesn't find me any results.
I just downloaded the latest component from your site and I installed it from the "Manage extensions"

Hi,
Make sure that you are using latest Joomla 3 (3.8.5 at this moment) and try again.
You should try to install into another Joomla installation to confirm whether this issue comes from specific Joomla installation.
